The banner reads: Shell to hell: Victory to Rossport: Women say nice one Maura!
The action was a solidarity action for the activist Maura Harrington who days earlier had come off her hunger strike when Shell's Solitaire ship left Irish Waters.
The activists decided not to put their name to the action due to police trouble. Women were arrested for criminal damage of which there was none - and the charges were dropped but not without the women enduring being handcuffed, searched, held inside and questioned for several hours.
